Love God

The foundation of Deuteronomy and every worshiper of God is Deuteronomy 6:4-5. It says, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength." This cannot be any more straight forward, clear and concise. This should be our goal for every minute of every day. Moses is trying so desperately to teach this to the next generation of Israelites so that they will not forget and this has got to be our goal as well. Our purpose and passion has to be our love of God and we must constantly teach and be reminded of this so that we do not forget today.
