The Consistent Nature of Sin

The Bible is full of stories that help us to appreciate the high cost of sin. They are often heart-breaking stories that serve as a forewarning against disobedience. It is stories like these that help remind us of the steep price that we pay when we disobey. God's instruction is designed for our good and when we choose to ignore it or maybe even become lazy in our sin awareness, there are lasting and painful consequences. We can choose our sin but not the consequences of it.
