The Exercise of Happiness

When we exercise our happiness we are able to overcome many difficult aspects of life. Fear of solitude, fretting over minor issues, feelings of guilt or shame, forgetting God's promises, and focusing too much on ourselves are just a few of the issues that exercising our happiness will allow us to overcome. There are five key exercises that we need to be persistent about in order to have continued happiness. Remembering that God is with us always, remaining grateful and never grumbling, keeping our conscience clean, memorizing God's word and living it out, and finally, serving others will ensure that happiness will remain in our lives.
