If You Choose Him, You Choose Life

God is consistently telling the Israelites and us, all throughout the book of Jeremiah, that if we are obedient to Him then there will be more grace in this life. However, what happens is that we become prideful and we start to worship our emotions, greed, pleasure, and leisure and our lives end up in jeopardy, destruction and despair. When we humble ourselves before God, we are broken over our sin and we genuinely desire to live a life that is pleasing to our God. This will allow us to enjoy the peace and fulfillment that comes from walking with Jesus. Right now, as long as you have breath in your lungs, there is still time to choose God. Honor Him, be obedient to Him, make Him your Lord and your God. Choose Him and you will be choosing life.
