A Heart to Serve

Leading by serving others is something that clashes with the worldview of what being a leader means. We are constantly told that as leaders we should be the ones that are being served, not the other way around. However, the Bible tells us that serving others is what true leadership is all about and that this style of leadership is for everyone, even if you don't consider yourself a "leader". Realizing that we need to humble ourselves and sacrifice our time and talents for others will bring out the true servant leader inside of all of us.
