A Faith that Functions

As we journey into Hebrews 11, we find the "Hall of Faith". A group of men from Scripture that lived and walked by faith in an unprecedented way. They confessed with their mouths and their lives that they were foreigners or temporary residents on Earth. They confessed that their is no turning back and so they aspired to a heavenly home with Christ Jesus. Our lives should tell a story of our faith. People should be able to say that it is obvious that you truly believe that heaven is real and that we are truly excited about it. To those who believe this way........"God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them."
