Discern Your Dirt

When we get to Matthew 13, Jesus is giving us four possible categories for the type of person we are in regards to His message and His kingdom. Here we find the parable of the sower or as some call it the parable of the soils. Jesus explains to us four types of soils that relate to a persons heart and how they accept Him and His Word. As we read and understand this parable, there are two questions that we need to ask ourselves. Number 1 is what kind of seed are we? Once we have that figured our then we need to direct our focus to what kind of plant are we producing? You may realize that it is time for a soil shift. So ask yourself.......How do I improve my soil today so that I can produce more for the kingdom?
