As we travel through a verse by verse study of 1 Samuel 15, we find at the end of this chapter, a verse that troubles many people. Verse 35 ends with, "and the Lord regretted He made Saul king over Israel". If God is all-knowing, which He is, then how can He "regret" doing something?
